At HV Foundation, we believe that meaningful change always begins with people. Behind every project, there are individuals whose vision, passion, and commitment inspire others to dream bigger and act bolder. Our mission is to spotlight these changemakers – from young leaders to mentors and cultural figures – whose journeys reflect the courage and resilience of Vietnam’s spirit.

Take, for example, the Young Marketers Elite Development Program and the Young Marketers Contest, where hundreds of university students and young professionals have found a platform to learn, grow, and showcase their potential. Each year, 6–10 candidates are selected to undergo a 30-week intensive journey, mentored by CMOs, Executive Creative Directors, and cross-industry leaders. Their stories are not just about marketing skills, but about discovering a sense of purpose and the ability to lead marketing with authenticity, creativity, humanity, and responsibility.

Our alumni network is another testament to the power of inspiring people. From those who received the Fulbright University Vietnam - HV Foundation Impact Scholarship, dedicated to nurturing students engaged with Vietnamese heritage, culture, and art, to changemakers in the Future Impact Academy who exchange ideas with global Vietnamese leaders, these individuals embody our core belief: empowered people can empower others.

Mentors and cultural icons have also played a pivotal role. Figures such as People’s Artist Bạch Tuyết, through projects like Về Nghe Mẹ Ru or Tia Sáng Cuối Cùng, have shown how traditional art forms like cải lương can be reimagined and made relevant for modern audiences. Their journeys inspire younger generations to find pride in their cultural roots while embracing creativity.

By honoring and amplifying these voices, HV Foundation creates a ripple effect. Each person’s story becomes a beacon of possibility for others. In a rapidly changing world, nurturing such individuals is not just important - it is essential.
