2091 children and minors under the age of 17 lost both parents, one parent, or their caregiver due to the Covid-19 pandemic. (According to statistics from the Department of Children under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, based on data reported by the Departments of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in 30 provinces and cities as of October 1, 2021).   Now more than ever, these children need the compassionate embrace of the community and society to overcome hardship and move toward a brighter future. With the hope of spreading love and building a better future for all children orphaned by the pandemic, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has initiated and organized the community program “Joining Hands with Love.
